Alpha Olefin Sulfonate (AOS) is a mild anionic surfactant, foaming agent and deep-cleansing detergent for use in personal care, cosmetics and household cleaning applications. It has excellent foaming and water solubility characteristics, high biodegradability, with miniml irritation and ecotoxicity.
