Monoethylene Glycol (MEG) is a colourless, odourless, hygroscopic liquid widely used across industrial manufacturing and heat transfer applications. Best known for its use in antifreeze and coolant formulations, MEG effectively lowers the freezing point and improves the performance of closed-loop heating and cooling systems. Monoethylene Glycol is also a key raw material in the production of polyester fibres, PET resins, plastics, coatings, and other industrial products.
